I went to my cousins dance competition today and again it just reconfirmed me that dancing is really athletic as well as beautiful!! She has been dancing for a long time and really excels at Hip Hop! Well, it really is just amazing to see how she can make her body move and make it look all tooooo easy (yea right..) and just funky (sorry if that is an outdated verb!?!?). I will be posting a few pics of her and making a slideshow. I will try to post my slideshow that I made for my photography business as a promo. Thanks as always! ***The last picture is altered quite a bit to give a urban/hip hop feel????*****

I have been adding some music to my blog...and adding...and adding. Now it is really late....in the a.m. and I am prying my eyes and fingers off this computer to go to sleep. Please click 'PLAY' to listen to the tunes....I promise it will not disappoint you!!

Can you take a picture in motion. I have to...almost everyday with every picture. Being a mom of 3 busy children all under the age of 9, and all very healthy, active children, well, to get a picture of them in their own environment that is half-way focused is a victory for me. For the massive amounts of photos one could try to take of their kid on a swing, or running after another child, or in any active sport, well you may get 3 that are in focus and only maybe one that the face isn't all contorted out of proportion to the joy of the actual event. With that said I challenge you to take pictures of your active someone and get 'THAT' shot. The one that captures the shear joy in enjoying their action. Keeping that joyful motion in a stagnet reminder of the beauty and fun of childhood.....get that picture.

I want to try to add everyday....lets see how long of a stretch I can go??? (okay maybe not on the weekends or vacation days!!!) oh (or days that I sleep in, or days I am in the pool....) . Alright, master procrastinator!!! This image is one of the same photo shoot of a lady I met through my dd friends at school. She is a natural beauty but when she came over to get some baby pictures WOW, she looked FAB!

I have to admit...I have a compulsive, addiction personality. I use to pride myself in saying that I do NOT have a addictive personality but I am WRONG!!! I am addicted (at this moment) to the internet and to my photography. All else, well needs to be squeezed in! Here is a few pics from my most recent shoot. I will probably go *backwards* in posting images till I am caught up.

Here I am.....the place where I will share. Share what was going on in my head....during the time I take a photo. There is alot in my head at this time and to write it out..to make sense..to share the excitement and the joy...well, it should prove at least a bit entertaining if not completely hysterical!!
